About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Expand our workspace business across the Berlin region
- Maintain and grow an existing network and actively acquire new customers
- Project acquisition & deal closing – identify opportunities and turn them into success
- Present our workspace solutions to partners, architects, and end clients
- Conduct product training and participate in regional events and trade shows
- Independently plan your week, appointments, and market strategy
- Market analysis, competitive monitoring, and proactive input on products & pricing
- Close collaboration with Inside Sales, Product Management & Marketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial or technical/vocational training
- Experience in project business (processes, decision-makers, stakeholders)
- Strong sales personality with a high closing rate and focus on sustainable relationship building
- High initiative, organizational skills, and enjoyment of working in the field
- Class B driving license
