About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Conducting regular product training sessions with our partners
  • Planning and participating in trade fairs, industry events and in-house exhibitions
  • Analyzing your regional market and proactively identifying opportunities
  • Responsible for sales and budget in your territory
  • Close collaboration with your field sales team, inside sales, product management and marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on mentality; proactive, get-things-done attitude
  • High self-initiative and strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm and an open mindset
  • Enjoys being on-site with customers
  • Valid Class B driving license (car)
  • Experience in field sales or the electrical industry (desirable but not required)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) (desirable but not required)
