About the role
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Conduct regular product training sessions with our partners
- Plan and attend trade shows, industry events, and in-house exhibitions
- Analyze your regional market and proactively identify opportunities
- Responsible for sales and budget in your territory
- Close collaboration with your field sales team, inside sales, product management, and marketing
Requirements
- Hands-on mentality; a proactive, get-things-done attitude
- High initiative and strong self-organization skills
- Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and an open mindset
- Enjoys being on-site with customers
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Desirable but not required: experience in field sales or the electrical industry
- Desirable but not required: experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
