About the role

  • Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Conduct regular product training sessions with our partners
  • Plan and attend trade shows, industry events, and in-house exhibitions
  • Analyze your regional market and proactively identify opportunities
  • Responsible for sales and budget in your territory
  • Close collaboration with your field sales team, inside sales, product management, and marketing

Requirements

  • Hands-on mentality; a proactive, get-things-done attitude
  • High initiative and strong self-organization skills
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and an open mindset
  • Enjoys being on-site with customers
  • Valid Class B driver's license
  • Desirable but not required: experience in field sales or the electrical industry
  • Desirable but not required: experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
