About the role
- Drive sales growth and expand BACHMANN’s presence in your region: Île-de-France, Hauts-de-France & Centre
- Win new customers and strengthen partnerships through visits, trade fairs, and follow-ups
- Deliver product trainings in your region and showcase solutions in our Paris showroom
- Manage distributor networks and boost regional performance
- Ensure strong branding and positioning of BACHMANN
- Analyze your activities, maintain accurate CRM data, and prepare clear sales reports
- Represent BACHMANN as a trusted partner for innovative solutions
Requirements
- Background in electrical or commercial fields with a basic understanding of the electrical sector (or similar)
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management, including quotations and project sales
- Strong customer focus, excellent interpersonal skills, and persistence in a results-driven sales approach
- Independent, well-organized, and proactive with a methodical way of working
- Dynamic, motivated, and open-minded personality
- Fluent in French and confident in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with CRM data management and reporting
- Willingness to travel within your region and work from a home-office base
