About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and business intelligence
Lead the monthly Demand Review process of your assigned product group as part of the S&OP cycle.
Analyze forecast accuracy and deviations and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with Sales, Project Management and Supply Planning to align on demand change
Utilize forecasting tools and ERP systems (SAP/IBP) for data analysis and forecast generation
Prepare reports and KPI analyses to support decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain
Strong knowledge of S&OP processes and forecasting methodologies
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/IBP) and forecasting tools
Analytical mindset, strong numerical skills, and structured working style
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
