Work with site leadership to define and deliver site level digital and IT priorities aligned with global IT and OT strategies
Build and maintain technology roadmaps covering applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, connectivity, and IT / OT integration
Ensure digital technology needs are considered early in capital projects and site expansions
Oversee reliable and compliant IT services across infrastructure, applications, and user services
Act as a close partner and escalation point for site and regional leadership
Support audit and inspection readiness by identifying technology risks early and driving effective mitigation

Requirements

Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field
Seven or more years of experience in IT leadership roles, ideally in pharma, biotech, chemical, or industrial manufacturing
Proven experience defining and delivering digital or technology roadmaps with clear business impact
Experience working in regulated environments, GxP experience highly desired
Strong knowledge of IT service management, infrastructure, and application lifecycle management
Solid understanding of manufacturing IT and OT and digital operations systems such as MES, LIMS, EBR, and shop floor solutions
Familiarity with digital manufacturing and Pharma 4.0 concepts including real time data, equipment integration, analytics, and automation
Experience leading cross functional initiatives in multi-site environments
Ability to work with senior leaders and influence without direct authority
