About the role

  • Welcome and direct each guest with an impeccable professional appearance.
  • Provide dedicated reception and accompaniment for VIPs.
  • Manage queues courteously; offer alternatives (scheduling appointments, arranging callbacks).
  • Manage the switchboard (phone, e-mail), handle bookings and confirmations.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house and sales teams.
  • Present the brand and coffee origins; respond to inquiries in French and English.
  • Handle sensitive requests and complaints as the first point of contact.
  • Maintain the reception area (cleanliness, signage, welcome materials).
  • Ensure GDPR compliance for customer data (reservations, contacts).

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in high-end reception, luxury hospitality, premium retail, private aviation or concierge services.
  • Fluent English required; a third language is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation and strong service orientation.
  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality; ability to remain calm under pressure and manage priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, clear diction and active listening.
  • Proficiency with reservation and switchboard tools (Outlook, booking software, telephone systems).
