About the role
- Welcome and direct each guest with an impeccable professional appearance.
- Provide dedicated reception and accompaniment for VIPs.
- Manage queues courteously; offer alternatives (scheduling appointments, arranging callbacks).
- Manage the switchboard (phone, e-mail), handle bookings and confirmations.
- Coordinate with front-of-house and sales teams.
- Present the brand and coffee origins; respond to inquiries in French and English.
- Handle sensitive requests and complaints as the first point of contact.
- Maintain the reception area (cleanliness, signage, welcome materials).
- Ensure GDPR compliance for customer data (reservations, contacts).
Requirements
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in high-end reception, luxury hospitality, premium retail, private aviation or concierge services.
- Fluent English required; a third language is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and strong service orientation.
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality; ability to remain calm under pressure and manage priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, clear diction and active listening.
- Proficiency with reservation and switchboard tools (Outlook, booking software, telephone systems).
