About the role
- Assist the Retail Manager with daily operations management
- Serve as a brand ambassador
- Supervise the sales team and ensure ongoing training
- Develop and implement innovative merchandising strategies
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements
- Participate in planning promotional activities and in-store events
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of significant management experience in luxury retail
- Fluency in French and English; a third language is a plus
- Strong commercial negotiation skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Proficient with IT tools and inventory/stock management software
- Problem-solving ability and capacity for quick decision-making
