About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Communicate and implement Bacardi’s vision into actionable strategies across CA Chain accounts.
- Cultivate a results-driven culture within the CA Chains team.
- Partner with the Regional Director and Human Resources to recruit and develop top-performing primos.
- Lead and strengthen distributor and customer partnerships across CA Chain accounts.
- Establish and manage performance goals with distributors and key chain customers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or related area.
- Ideally you will have 10+ years field sales experience, preferably in the Spirits and/or Beverage industry
- Ideally you will have supervisory/management experience and positive track record of developing winning teams.
- Ability to create, maintain and build long lasting relationships with key accounts, distributors, vendors & cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated track record of performance and delivery against KPI’s and annual goals & targets
- Exceptional financial acumen and decision making to achieve results.
- Influential and excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficient working in MS Office Products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
