About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop insights, analysis, and executive-ready presentations that provide insights to senior leadership for decisions across the organization
Consult with business and executive stakeholders to turn requests into proactive analytical solutions
Perform complex analysis and modeling to support decision-making and identify actions
Build and improve custom data products, dashboards, and reporting tools
Lead analytical work that supports a full function or large part of a strategic business unit
Partner with finance teams and organizational leaders to execute weekly and monthly billings
Use the right mix of analytics tools, technology, and coding capabilities to solve problems efficiently
Provide guidance, support, and informal mentorship to organizational leaders or technical contributors as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7 years of experience in analytics, business insights, finance, strategy, or a related field
Strong ability to perform complex analysis, interpret results, and turn findings into practical recommendations for business leaders
Expert proficiency in Tableau, Dataiku, Excel and executive presentation development for data interpretation and presentation
Strong working knowledge of technology, analytics, and coding tools such as AI applications, Python, R, SQL, etc.
Experience with operational finance methods and systems, such as Trane Data Cloud, Oracle or similar
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions, influence senior stakeholders, and manage billing coordination with finance and business leaders.
