About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide on-demand and scheduled remote technical support services for Key Accounts customers
Perform remote Building Automation System (BAS) diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, maintenance, and equipment startup support
Remotely inspect and evaluate BAS, HVAC, and chiller systems, delivering detailed reports
Communicate via telephone, instant messaging, and email with onsite Trane and third-party technicians, customers, and Trane internal teams
Participate in technical and strategic account reviews with internal stakeholders
Identify parts needed for repairs and coordinate with relevant teams for procurement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid understanding and hands-on service or installation experience with Trane HVAC systems and advanced Trane BAS controls
Proficiency in performing remote BAS diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, and maintenance
Expertise in TGE, TGP, and TGP2 abilities and application guides
Advanced systems knowledge and proficiency in using digital tools
Knowledge of networking, communication protocols, security, and basics of Ensemble, SQL Database, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively
Excellent process adherence and documentation skills for job paperwork
Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required
Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience and relevant skills prioritized
