About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide organizational support for Faculty, crafting course experiences that resonate (e.g. course calendars, schedules, syllabi, communications to participants, etc.).
  • Deliver an outstanding participant experience, ensuring a positive journey throughout the Program.
  • Manage teaching materials and the Program’s e-learning platform, ensuring content quality and timely updates.
  • Coordinate and oversee company visits, study tours, seminars and course-related events.
  • Manage course evaluation procedures and analyze feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with central services such as Marketing, Administration and Logistics to ensure smooth Program delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree.
  • 3–4 years of professional experience in education management, program coordination, training, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English.
  • International exposure through study, work, or other relevant experiences abroad.
  • Strong digital mindset and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital learning platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a people-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive problem solver, able to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong service orientation and customer-centric approach.
