HR Intern

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting HR Transformation projects focused on digitalizing and simplifying HR processes
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and procedures
- Assisting in the preparation and update of internal HR documentation
- Supporting the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, including:
- analysis of impacts on grading and compensation frameworks
- preparation of reports and internal documentation
- update of policies and internal tools
- Supporting Industrial Relations activities connected to these initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s Degree with an outstanding academic path, degree paths in Law, HR management or similar topics will be considered a plus
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Previous experiences in legal and/or HR fields will be considered a plus
- Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months)
- Strong analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity
- Interest in HR, organizational processes and digital innovation
- Ability to work both independently and in teams
- Attention to detail and structured approach to work
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
