About the role
- Manage the intake, triage and prioritisation of service‑driven incidents.
- Collaborate with development, testing, service and project teams.
- Manage intake, triage, and tracking resolutions of service driven incidents across multiple applications and technology stacks.
- Validate incident details and allocate issues to the correct development and test teams.
- Build deep functional knowledge to support accurate triage and root‑cause analysis to ensure correct allocation.
- Identify recurring incident patterns and implement improvements that reduce downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in incident triage, operational support or cross‑functional software development.
- Familiarity with multiple applications and understanding of SDLC, defect management and deployment processes.
- Proven background working with Development, Test and Service in cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and perform root‑cause analysis.
- Experience with tools such as Remedy, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps or SharePoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or relevant experience
- Formal training or working knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
