About the role
- You'll be at the centre of major naval maintenance and sustainment projects that directly support the operational readiness of the Royal New Zealand Navy.
- You’ll work closely with engineers, subcontractors, and RNZN representatives, gaining exposure to complex marine engineering environments while helping to drive project performance, solve delivery challenges, and keep critical assets on schedule.
- Every day brings variety—from coordinating logistics and reviewing schedules to analysing risks and supporting production teams on the ground.
Requirements
- Trade background or equivalent technical experience
- Project management experience (formal or demonstrable)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project
- Eligibility to obtain NZSIS Confidential Vetting (CV) clearance
