About the role
- Setting production strategies and targets to ensure timely and budget-aligned delivery of electrical work packages
- Taking ownership of quality and schedule delivery across delegated work packages
- Implementing performance indicators and control mechanisms to monitor progress
- Forecasting and managing resource requirements in line with project plans
- Leading and developing your team, including succession planning and talent management
Requirements
- Recent experience in a similar environment, ideally within the marine sector
- Background in electrical trade (advantageous)
- Proficient in ERP systems such as IFS or SAP
- Full lifecycle experience from manufacturing to commissioning
- Strong understanding of project management, controls, and commercial terms
- ONC in a relevant construction trade or engineering discipline
- Professional qualification in electrical engineering or industrial electrical construction
- Project Management qualifications (desirable)
