About the role

  • Coach, guide and assess learners across a range of Network engineering courses.
  • Handle disciplines, while contributing your subject matter expertise to course development, technical change activity and wider Marine Training initiatives.
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain high quality training courses for both internal and external customers.
  • Identify the most practical and cost-effective training solution for the customer.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills.
  • Be able to work proactively and flexibly within a small team.
  • A good understanding of Data Communications and RF Communication Techniques.
  • To achieve and maintain UK MOD security clearance to a minimum of DV.
  • NVQ level 3 in an Engineering Discipline ideally.
