About the role
- Delivering classroom and simulator-based training, primarily focused on Astute Class submarines
- Providing subject matter expertise to support training design and review
- Supporting governance through reporting, documentation, and assurance
- Liaising with stakeholders and acting as a technical point of contact for training queries
- Maintaining safe systems of work and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of submarine Tactical Weapons Engineering systems
- Experience in Weapons Handling operations
- Qualified Weapons System Board – Competent User Level 3 (CU3) certification
- The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
