About the role

  • This is a high‑impact senior finance role supporting a complex Fleet and Asset Programme of national importance.
  • As the MEST Integration Financial Business Partner, you will sit at the heart of delivery, providing trusted financial leadership across long‑term programmes and projects.
  • You will lead consolidated forecasting, reporting, and financial governance, ensuring decision‑makers have clear, accurate, and timely insights at every stage of the lifecycle.
  • You will lead and develop a small team while working closely with engineering, delivery, and customer stakeholders.
  • This role offers genuine influence—shaping financial models, improving processes, and lifting financial capability across the programme.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce
  • Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ or overseas equivalent)
  • Advanced spreadsheet and ERP systems expertise
  • Experience reporting within complex group or regional structures
