About the role

  • Enhance project performance and stability through the collection, analysis, and reporting of meaningful cost information
  • Oversee cost performance baselines, manage changes, deliver accurate monthly reports
  • Analyze data to drive decisions and coordinate forecasts across the project
  • Manage actuals against multiple cost performance baselines
  • Produce internal and external monthly reporting
  • Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations
  • Coordinate forecasts from activity owners

Requirements

  • Essential experience of the Senior Cost Controller
  • Experience in a cost control or cost management environment
  • Understanding of project controls, including cost control, earned value, finance, scheduling, or estimating
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data analysis experience with proficiency in Excel
  • Qualifications for the Senior Cost Controller Degree-level education or APMP qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with cost management systems (e.g. Cobra, Ecosys)
  • The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
