About the role
- As Process Manager, you are the central interface between our key users and developers.
- In this key role, you are responsible for successfully conducting workshops and training sessions as part of our ERP project.
- Your responsibilities include comprehensive consulting of business units on process-related and system requirements.
- You will also handle the customizing of tailored solutions.
- You will support our ERP projects from initial concept through to successful implementation.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree with an IT/process focus, or career changers with relevant professional experience.
- Good understanding of ERP processes and experience with Navision and/or Business Central, agile project methodology and DevOps — ideally in a regulated environment.
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented, structured way of working.
- Good written and spoken German is required.
