About the role
- strategic support of sales in ERP pre-sales – from RFIs/RFPs through qualified opportunities to decision readiness
- preparation and facilitation of executive discovery sessions to analyze business models, core processes and transformation goals as the basis for informed ERP decisions
- development of robust fit-to-standard solution designs including target architecture, integration strategy, data migration and use of the Microsoft Power Platform
- design and delivery of high-quality executive presentations, management workshops and scenario demos with a focus on end-to-end processes and business value
- close coordination of the proposal and decision phase together with Sales and Operations including effort estimation, scope definition, licensing and ISV advisory as well as risk assessment
- sustainable building of trusted customer relationships and confident positioning of Dynamics 365 as an enterprise ERP within the Microsoft ecosystem, taking market trends and release waves into account
Requirements
- degree in business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification, or relevant experience in a presales or consulting environment
- several years of experience in ERP presales, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain Management) or comparable ERP systems
- solid experience in conducting customer workshops, product demos, presentations and solution pitches for decision makers
- experience in creating customer-specific solution concepts, proposals and presales documentation in close collaboration with consultants
