About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including supplier, service, consultancy, NDA, software, technology, and licensing agreements
- Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to internal teams and senior management
- Support Group entities with incorporations, corporate approvals, resolutions, director and shareholder changes, powers of attorney, and related corporate matters
- Assist with licensing and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Work with external counsel, regulators, and advisers on regulatory matters
- Support KYC, AML, due diligence, and wider compliance requirements
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the Group, particularly in online gaming, technology, payments, and related sectors
- Assist with data protection, privacy, employment, HR, internal policies, disputes, complaints, and other legal matters
- Liaise with external lawyers, regulators, banks, corporate service providers, and other professional advisers
- Work closely with the Head of Legal & Compliance and senior management across a fast-paced international environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in law (LLB or equivalent)
- Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association
- Minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience in an in-house legal role
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Good understanding of corporate and commercial law
- Fluent in Greek and English, written and spoken
- Additional language considered an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and excellent attention to detail
- Practical, commercially minded, and solutions-focused approach to legal matters
- Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
- Confidence working closely with senior stakeholders across the business
