About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead B2TECH’s global HR with leadership, grow talent, and drive people strategy across multiple sites with clarity and impact.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring our people practices, talent strategy, and organizational structures support business growth.
- Lead and develop a globally distributed HR team, drive consistency across locations, and help leaders make better decisions around people, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Balance global leadership with ensuring that applicable processes and decisions are handled locally by our country managers and local HR teams in our Albania and Israel offices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven HR leadership experience within a scaling technology or product-driven organization.
- Experience leading international HR teams and supporting employees across multiple countries.
- Strong background in organizational development, talent management, performance management, and leadership coaching.
- Experience managing compensation frameworks, career development programs, and retention initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging HR systems and people data.
- Pragmatic, hands-on, and execution-focused, with the ability to balance people needs and business priorities.
- Demonstrated familiarity with the opportunity that AI adoption offers to increase efficiency and productivity in the organisation and HR processes.
- Strong network of HR leaders to stay up to speed with best practices and trends across tech and/or gaming companies.
