About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guide 2–3 product and development teams in applying Scrum and Agile best practices to deliver value predictably.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
  • Coach teams to become cross-functional, self-managing, and autonomous.
  • Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs and ensure a strong focus on user value and product outcomes.
  • Protect teams from external interruptions and actively remove impediments.
  • Drive continuous improvement using feedback loops, metrics, and empirical learning.
  • Increase delivery flow and predictability while maintaining a sustainable pace.
  • Facilitate cross-team coordination and dependency management.
  • Ensure transparency through effective use of metrics, information radiators, and reporting tools.
  • Foster a safe, trusting environment that encourages ownership, open communication, and constructive challenges.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement through feedback loops and relevant metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • An experienced and certified Scrum Master with at least 3 years in the role, working with teams that deliver complex solutions.
  • Holds a Scrum certification (CSM or PSM).
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experienced in training Scrum Teams and stakeholders in the Scrum framework.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Problem-solving mindset, focused on pragmatic solutions.
  • Proficient in workshop facilitation, using a variety of tools and techniques for both virtual and in-person sessions with 5–10 participants or more.
  • Hands-on strong experience with Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Holds at least a bachelor’s degree.
  • Willing and able to travel 1–2 times per year when needed.
  • Full English proficiency - both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus.
