Project Delivery Manager – Agile, Software
B2TechProject Delivery Manager at B2Tech leading software project delivery and Scrum execution with R&D teams. Responsible for risk management, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement in project practices.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full project lifecycle, leading initiatives from initiation through delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with product and business goals.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality and attention to detail.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks.
- Partner closely with multi-functional teams to maintain project alignment, resolve dependencies, and keep initiatives on track.
- Monitor project progress and outcomes, adjusting plans and approaches in response to unexpected changes.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and collaboration across teams and departments.
- Prepare and deliver clear presentations and updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency, trust, and satisfaction.
- Maintain a solution-focused mindset, seeking opportunities to optimize processes, resolve challenges, and enhance delivery efficiency.
- Balance your focus across project management (~70%), Scrum/Agile practices (~30%).
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years as a Project Manager in a software/tech environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience managing software projects with multiple R&D teams involved.
- Strong grasp of Agile delivery; PSM or CSM certification required.
- Hands-on strong experience with Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Able to act as a bridge between multidisciplinary international teams (Product, R&D, Operations, etc.).
- Advanced Excel user, comfortable with reporting, tracking, and basic analysis.
- Proactive, positive, and delivery-focused mindset; always looking for improvements rather than excuses.
- Willing and able to travel 2–4 times per year when needed.
