About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Post eviction notices, pay-or-quit notices, lease violation notices, and other legally required tenant notices
- Attend virtual and in-person eviction hearings as B2B Realty's designated representative where permitted
- Conduct property showings for prospective tenants
- Host open houses and scheduled leasing events
- Conduct owner walkthroughs and property tours
- Conduct in-person investigations relating to lease violations, occupancy concerns, property conditions, or other management matters when requested
- Support the Customer Success team by gathering factual information that cannot be obtained remotely
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Ohio Real Estate License in good standing (required)
- Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service areas
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and ability to confidently represent B2B Realty with owners, residents, attorneys, courts, and prospective tenants
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
- Comfortable using technology for documentation, photographs, digital signatures, and status reporting
- Ability to attend virtual hearings and meetings when required
- Working knowledge of Ohio landlord-tenant law is preferred; training will be provided on company procedures.
