About the role

  • Provide strategic business advisory services to privately held companies
  • Guide business owners in selling or buying privately held companies (sell/buy services)
  • Help business owners increase cash flow, secure bank loans, and ensure sustained profitability
  • Strategically prepare businesses for future sale (B2B EXIT services)
  • Build a thriving consulting practice and acquire multiple clients
  • Leverage B2B CFO® & B2B EXIT® brand to develop local market opportunities
  • Advise clients on financial strategy, cash management, and exit planning

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years as a CFO (or equivalent, such as financial vice president/VP of finance) in privately held companies within the USA
  • At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation
  • Experience in being involved in the buying/selling of companies
  • Desire to learn finding great paying clients
  • Desire to learn how to have multiple clients
  • Passion to be in control of their future
  • Bonus: Has a Series 7 and/or 79 license
  • Willingness to join as a Partner (this is NOT a W-2 CFO position)
  • Ability to work from anywhere in the USA within local market
