Requirements

Native-level German
Minimum 5 years of Drupal experience in the chosen track (Back-End, Front-End, or Full-Stack), in a digital agency or comparable environment
Active core competency in Drupal 10/11 — not just legacy experience
Demonstrable qualification through at least one of the following: an Acquia certification matching the track (Back End Specialist, Front End Specialist, or Certified Developer), OR an active Drupal.org profile with verifiable contributions to Drupal 10/11 modules or core, OR a public code portfolio (GitHub/GitLab) with Drupal examples from the last 2 years
Project experience in the public sector or with institutions
