About the role

  • Responsibility for project management of the existing SLA
  • Prioritization and coordination of support requests, bug tickets and change requests
  • Responding and ensuring actions within guaranteed response times: Priority 1 (critical) within 4 hours, Priority 2 (high) within 2 business days, Priority 3 (medium) within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 on business days)
  • Proactive budget monitoring and transparent reporting
  • Creating and maintaining user stories, bugs and acceptance criteria in Jira
  • Sprint planning and task prioritization with the development team
  • Planning and facilitating innovation workshops (every 3 months) to identify valuable features for the client
  • Managing outstanding issues from the agency takeover, including a Drupal upgrade
  • Primary day-to-day contact for the end client
  • Regular status meetings and reporting
  • Expectation management and handling of change requests
  • Coordination between client and development team
  • Managing the development team within the scope of the SLA
  • Alignment with technical leadership
  • Quality assurance and test coordination
  • Time tracking and invoicing

Requirements

  • Required: native-level Swiss German and comprehension of Swiss German dialects
  • Fluent English, spoken and written
  • Experience in hospitals or the healthcare sector, ideally with cantonal hospitals or comparable institutions
  • At least 5 years of PM/PO experience in a digital agency or similar environment
  • Experience with CMS web projects (Drupal or comparable)
  • Agile/Scrum proficiency
  • Professional skills: user stories, bug reports and acceptance criteria according to best practices
  • Tooling: Jira, Confluence, Miro
  • Understanding of technical web projects (CMS, APIs, hosting, accessibility)
  • Budget-conscious work within defined hourly contingents
  • Personal: confident client communication at C-level
  • Hands-on mentality, proactive and solution-oriented
  • Reliable and committed
  • Able to cope with competing priorities
  • Advantageous: experience with Drupal CMS
  • Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG AA) and data protection (Swiss Data Protection Act - DSG)
  • Experience with innovation workshops or discovery formats
