About the role

  • Overall responsibility for timeline, budget and quality
  • Planning and tracking of milestones and deliverables
  • Risk management and proactive problem solving
  • Resource planning and capacity management
  • Primary point of contact for the client
  • Regular status meetings and reporting

  • Coordination between design, development and client teams

Requirements

  • German/Swiss German at native-speaker level
  • Understanding of Swiss German
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a leading digital agency
  • Proven CMS web projects (Drupal, TYPO3 or similar)
  • Experience with the public sector or Swiss institutions
  • Experience with agile and traditional project methodologies
  • Budget and resource management
  • Tooling: Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar
  • Understanding of technical web projects (CMS, APIs, hosting)
  • Confident client communication at C-level
  • Hands-on mentality, solution-oriented
  • Resilient under competing priorities
  • Experience with Swiss social insurance institutions / compensation funds
  • Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and data protection (DSG)
