About the role
- Create, review, and optimize listings that drive recovery and sales on the platform
- Exercise independent judgment to review and resolve workflow issues accurately and consistently
- Define and execute efficient workflows to meet SLAs
- Strategically divide master inventory files into optimized listings using seller-specific standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design listing strategies
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities and enhance tool functionality
- Leverage automation tools (e.g., AI, Excel macros) to streamline repetitive steps
- Track and report listing metrics and document order status to minimize disputes
- Support onboarding of new sellers and locations and lead ad hoc projects
- Monitor account and category performance and adjust pricing and allocation strategies to meet targets
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Thorough attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Advanced or proficient knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (i.e., pivot tables, vlookups)
- Experience working in a fast-paced and multi-deadline-driven environment
- Efficient and analytical with the ability to self-manage while contributing to a positive work environment
- Must be a team player who naturally collaborates with others (at all levels) and doesn’t hesitate to engage other teams to achieve the best results
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to find innovative ways of processing client information into listings
- Work Authorization required
