• Create, review, and optimize listings that drive recovery and sales on the platform
• Exercise independent judgment to review and resolve workflow issues accurately and consistently
• Define and execute efficient workflows to meet SLAs
• Strategically divide master inventory files into optimized listings using seller-specific standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design listing strategies
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities and enhance tool functionality
• Leverage automation tools (e.g., AI, Excel macros) to streamline repetitive steps
• Track and report listing metrics and document order status to minimize disputes
• Support onboarding of new sellers and locations and lead ad hoc projects
• Monitor account and category performance and adjust pricing and allocation strategies to meet targets
