About the role

  • Overall project management of PV ground-mounted plants and BESS systems from construction readiness to commissioning
  • Management of technical, commercial and scheduling aspects
  • Responsibility for project budgets and schedules, including cost control
  • Coordination between EPC contractors and internal stakeholders
  • Execution of the tendering process and contract negotiations
  • Implementation of construction requirements and quality controls during the construction phase

Requirements

  • Several years of experience (ideally 5+ years) in project development of PV ground-mounted systems (5–50 MWp)
  • Strong knowledge of permitting, construction and planning law
  • Degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering or a comparable field
  • Experience with EPC tendering, cost estimation and contract negotiations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize complex projects
  • Solution-oriented working style and willingness to travel (including site meetings)
