About the role
- Independently prepare the monthly payroll and salary accounting
- Maintain and manage employee master data
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on all matters related to compensation, deductions, and payments
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, telephone calls)
- Prepare, review, and manage documents and reports
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external partners
Requirements
- Completed commercial or tax-related vocational training, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in payroll and salary accounting
- Proficient with MS Office and ideally experienced with common administrative and ERP systems
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and confident interaction with diverse stakeholders
- Good written and spoken German (additional languages advantageous)
