About the role
- Care and nursing of children and adolescents with conditions requiring intensive care
- Monitoring respiration, ventilation, and vital signs
- Promoting patients' independence and quality of life
- Collaboration with parents, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team
- Documentation and implementation of nursing care plans
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) — e.g., general nurse, pediatric nurse, or health and nursing professional
- If you are a geriatric nurse (m/f/d), you must have completed the basic course in out-of-hospital intensive care and have sufficient experience in out-of-hospital (pediatric) intensive care
- Ideally experience in intensive care or ventilation care — if not, you will receive professional training and structured onboarding
- Empathy, a strong sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in working with children
