About the role

  • Responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing residential new-build projects
  • Ensuring schedules, costs and quality standards across all project phases
  • Coordination of external project participants
  • Technical leadership of internal stakeholders
  • Awarding contracts and managing subcontractor services
  • Regular reporting to site management on project status, progress and potential challenges

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or qualification as a Construction Technician
  • Several years of professional experience managing construction projects, ideally in residential building
  • Solid knowledge of VOB, BGB and HOAI
  • Confident use of construction software (e.g., RIB iTWO, AVA, MS Project) and common MS Office applications
  • Class B driving license required
