About the role
- Procurement of building materials, subcontractor services and other services for residential construction projects
- Selection, evaluation and acquisition of new suppliers and subcontractors to optimize quality and costs
- Conducting negotiations and concluding framework agreements with subcontractors
- Market analysis to monitor price developments in the construction sector
- Ensuring timely material availability and supporting construction logistics
- Optimizing procurement processes in close collaboration with estimating, site management and technical teams
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in technical procurement, ideally in residential construction or the construction industry
- Solid knowledge of supplier management and technical understanding of building materials and construction processes
- Organizational skills, cost awareness and strong negotiation skills
- Team player with an independent and proactive work style
- Experience with estimating software (e.g., RIB iTWO, BRZ) and MS Office
