About the role

  • Responsible for planning, controlling and implementing new-build residential projects
  • Ensuring schedules, costs and quality standards across all project phases
  • Coordination of external project stakeholders
  • Providing technical leadership to internal stakeholders
  • Awarding subcontractor contracts
  • Regular reporting to site management on project status, progress and any challenges

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or qualification as a certified Construction Technician (Bautechniker)
  • Several years of professional experience managing construction projects, ideally in residential construction
  • Solid knowledge of VOB, BGB and HOAI (German construction contract law and fee regulations)
  • Confident use of construction software (e.g., RIB iTWO, AVA, MS Project) and common MS Office applications
  • Leadership skills, strong communication, entrepreneurial thinking and team spirit
  • Valid Class B driver's license required
