About the role
- Responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of residential construction projects in the area of new builds
- Ensuring schedules, costs and quality standards across all project phases
- Coordination of external project participants
- Technical leadership of internal stakeholders
- Awarding of subcontractor services
- Regular reporting to site management on project status, progress and any challenges
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or qualification as a Construction Technician (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience in managing construction projects, ideally in residential construction
- Solid knowledge of VOB, BGB and HOAI
- Confident use of construction software (e.g., RIB iTWO, AVA, MS Project) and common MS Office applications
- Class B driver’s license required
