About the role
- You actively contribute to the design, organization and facilitation of our internal network and development program
- You further develop performance and feedback processes to strengthen a sustainable performance and feedback culture
- You plan and oversee our upcoming leadership development program — including content design and coordination of external partners
- You design, conduct and analyze employee surveys to generate valuable insights for organizational development
- You facilitate workshops and meetings on personnel development
- You develop concepts for talent and succession planning in close coordination with HR and management
- You manage training operations — from planning and organization to coordinating internal and external training measures
Requirements
- A completed degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in personnel development or in related projects
- Enthusiasm for advancing modern HR topics and implementing innovative ideas in practice
- Strong communication skills, a confident presence, and experience working with various management levels
- Creativity, a structured working style, and the ability to combine conceptual thinking with pragmatic implementation
- Willingness to travel within Germany
