About the role

  • Contribute to the architectural design process through to execution planning (Phases 1–5) based on the BIM model you model and attribute in Revit
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards and coordinate with the relevant authorities
  • Integrate and coordinate specialist/discipline models
  • Work closely and coordinate with other disciplines while adhering to the agreed BIM workflow

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or qualification as a draftsman/drafter (m/f/d) with a specialization in BIM modelling/design in Revit
  • Several years of professional experience in planning (Phases 3–5, HOAI)
  • Confident use of BIM-specific CAD software, particularly Autodesk Revit
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented working style
  • Good communication skills and a team player attitude
