About the role
- Act as HR Business Partner for various departments
- Support and shape the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding and development to offboarding
- Support strategic focus areas through data analyses
- Design, implement and develop HR concepts in performance management and goal setting
- Actively support change management and strengthen teams
- Collaborate on cross-site HR projects and promote cooperation
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role or as an HR Business Partner
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR processes
- Strong communication and consulting skills, with a keen understanding of people
- Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for strategic projects
- Passion for modern HR topics such as HR analytics and performance management
