About the role
- Development and implementation of creative recruiting strategies across modern channels
- Close collaboration with departments and the HR team to fill key positions
- Conducting candidate pre-screening and maintaining the applicant tracking system
- Planning and execution of recruitment marketing activities, including job fairs and university partnerships
- Identifying and approaching candidates via social networks (Active Sourcing)
- Creating and analyzing recruiting metrics and deriving optimization measures
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training with a focus on HR, business administration, communications, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally with Active Sourcing and applicant tracking systems
- Industry knowledge and experience recruiting skilled tradespeople are advantageous
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, metrics analysis and reporting
- Interest in data-driven work and HR analytics
- Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor
