About the role

  • Development and implementation of creative recruiting strategies across modern channels
  • Close collaboration with departments and the HR team to fill key positions
  • Conducting candidate pre-screening and maintaining the applicant tracking system
  • Planning and execution of recruitment marketing activities, including job fairs and university partnerships
  • Identifying and approaching candidates via social networks (Active Sourcing)
  • Creating and analyzing recruiting metrics and deriving optimization measures

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training with a focus on HR, business administration, communications, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally with Active Sourcing and applicant tracking systems
  • Industry knowledge and experience recruiting skilled tradespeople are advantageous
  • Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, metrics analysis and reporting
  • Interest in data-driven work and HR analytics
  • Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor
