About the role

  • Ensuring IT security by implementing policies, monitoring, and administering security components
  • Administration and optimization of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, and Microsoft environment)
  • Responsibility for backup and recovery processes, including testing and optimization
  • Installation, configuration, and operation of IT systems with a focus on stability and security
  • Monitoring and analysis of infrastructure and security incidents and implementation of appropriate measures
  • Planning and execution of IT projects to further develop the infrastructure in collaboration with departments and service providers

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) computer science or comparable training, e.g., IT specialist (m/f/d)
  • Relevant experience in IT infrastructure and IT security
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server, as well as firewall and network configuration
  • Teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with distributed teams and various stakeholders
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level), and good English skills
  • Driver's license class B
