About the role

  • Design and develop secure AI applications
  • Use LLMs and Azure AI Foundry for prototypes and production services
  • Extend Microsoft Copilot using Copilot Studio
  • Develop custom agents
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to improve data and analytics infrastructures (Power BI & Microsoft Fabric)
  • Integrate AI solutions into Dynamics 365 Business Central and other Microsoft 365 applications
  • Implement security and compliance standards and document best practices

Requirements

  • Experience developing with LLMs (OpenAI-compatible, Azure models, or similar), including prompt/system design and evaluation
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
  • Strong VS Code skills (TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or .NET) for API integrations and Azure Functions
  • Solid cloud and API skills (REST, authentication, CI/CD, observability)
  • German and English (minimum B2 level)
  • Experience with Business Central scenarios or modern AI development tools
  • Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps (evaluation pipelines, guardrails, telemetry)
  • Knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, DAX) and/or Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse)
