HR Generalist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the senior team with client engagements and internal HR matters
- Manage payrolls and payments for clients
- Onboard new employees and manage termination processes
- Implement benefits plans and answer administrative questions
- Prepare documentation and manage compliance with regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience (preferrably working with startups)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, HRIS/payroll systems and PEO models
- SHRM-CP credential preferred
