About the role

  • Take care of the insurance needs of our clients from the municipal/public sector
  • Find the appropriate insurance solution for each industry
  • Negotiate with service providers, insurers and experts
  • Tenders, debt collection, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance are part of the daily tasks

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a related university degree or equivalent
  • Enjoy customer service and maintain a strong customer focus; committed to delivering customer satisfaction
  • Ideally, very good Excel skills
  • Preferably experience in property and casualty (P&C) insurance and public procurement law
  • Comfortable with a team-oriented "we" mentality and our family-style working environment
