About the role

  • Provide holistic, cross-line advice to our private clients across non-life (property & casualty) insurance lines (excluding pension/retirement advice and new client acquisition)
  • Analyze individual insurance needs and develop appropriate protection solutions
  • Prepare and process quotes and conduct market tenders
  • Support customers in the event of a claim and coordinate with insurance companies during claims handling
  • Maintain and document relevant customer and contract data in our CRM system
  • Assist with the preparation and follow-up of annual review meetings

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk (m/f/d), insurance clerk, a related university degree, or a comparable insurance qualification
  • Professional experience in insurance internal services and ideally in advising private clients
  • Knowledge of private-customer non-life insurance lines
  • Structured and meticulous working style with a strong service and customer orientation
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
