About the role
- Provide comprehensive advice to our industrial and commercial clients
- Analyze existing insurance policies and identify optimization opportunities
- Negotiate with insurers, service providers and experts on behalf of our clients
- Prepare and process tenders and contribute to contract drafting and contract management
- Support claims management
- Maintain and document relevant customer and policy data in our CRM system
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or Insurance Clerk, a relevant university degree, or an equivalent insurance-related qualification
- Professional experience in internal insurance operations and in advising industrial and commercial clients
- Structured and careful working approach with a strong service and customer orientation
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
