About the role
- Comprehensive advisory services to our industrial and commercial clients with a focus on motor vehicle insurance and fleet solutions
- Analysis of existing motor vehicle and fleet insurance policies and identification of optimization potential
- Negotiation with insurers, service providers and experts/adjusters on behalf of our clients
- Preparation and processing of tenders and participation in contract drafting and contract management
- Support in claims management
- Maintenance and documentation of relevant customer and policy data in our CRM system
- Support for field sales in acquisition and in the preparation and follow-up of annual review meetings
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an insurance clerk (e.g., Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a comparable insurance qualification, a relevant university degree, or an equivalent insurance-related qualification
- Professional experience in insurance internal sales and in advising industrial and commercial clients
- Knowledge of motor vehicle insurance and, ideally, experience with fleet or large-fleet business
- Structured and careful working style, with a strong service and customer orientation
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
